Next week U.S. Congressman Walter B. Jones (NC-3) will be holding a press conference in Greenville, North Carolina to explain and discuss the N.C. Capital Access Program (NC CAP) and the Small Business Lending Fund.  The programs are designed to encourage small business lending in the state.  Details of the press conference are as follows:
