A documentary called "Doing Virtuous Business" will include a segment on Tyson Foods, the company announced Tuesday.

The documentary, produced by PBS station WFYI in Indianapolis, will look at the influence that ideas such as respect, patience, compassion, forgiveness and humility have on an organization's priorities.

Chairman John Tyson, President and CEO Donnie Smith and Chaplain Rick McKinnie appear in the segment on Tyson, entitled "Taking Care of the Team." They discuss core values and their efforts to foster a faith-friendly environment at the Springdale, Ark.-based company.
