This Wednesday, February 16th, at 1 p.m. ET, the U.S. House of Representatives will conduct a joint Agriculture-Transportation and Infrastructure (T&I) subcommittee hearing to consider reducing the regulatory burdens posed by the case National Cotton Council v. EPA.

Those scheduled to testify include: Steve Bradbury (EPA), Commissioner John Salazar (National Association of State Department of Agriculture), Dr. Andrew Fisk (Maine Department of Environmental Protection), David Brown (Sacramento-Yolo Mosquito and Vector Control District), and Norm Semanko (Idaho Water Users Association).

The hearing will also be streamed live via webcast, accessible by clicking here.

With the April deadline looming for the general NPDES permit, I encourage you to watch this important event.
