COMMENTS:  Addition of H 103, Requirements for Mineral Oils Spills -2

The following bills will be considered:

COMMENTS:  General information for members regarding the committee procedures:
•        The three co-chairs will rotate on a flexible schedule to accommodate other commitments so please copy the clerk on emails regarding the committee to be sure it gets to the presiding chair.
•        Susan Phillips will serve as clerk- We are in 419-B, please notify her of absences, preferences, traveling speakers
•        I will forward bill information ahead of the meeting when available. It looks like we will have an aggressive schedule, especially if session cuts into our committee time. Please review materials before the meeting and ask questions of staff before the meeting when possible and appropriate. They are focused primarily on this committee and available to members. Thank you!
•        We have a two hour slot and will usually finish at 11:50. (Except when we must accommodate session and finish 15 minutes before session begins.)
•        As a reminder to all of us, discussion and questions will go through the chairs.  Out of respect to our fellow members, please avoid multiple follow ups on separate questions.
