NC Ag Commissioner Steve Troxler says that Governor Beverly Perdue's proposed budget, released late last week, has cuts to NCDA of nearly 30%, and if you look at those cuts, plus those of ag related programs in other state agencies, it's clear that agriculture is taking a disproportionate hit.
