As it seeks to better serve retailers, the National Pork Board has retooled its PorkRetail.org website with a variety of resources to help sell pork at retail, the organization said Tuesday.

The revamped PorkRetail.org site is more streamlined and user-friendly, the group said in a release, showcasing the type of information retailers use most often to merchandise and advertise, including pork cut charts, recipes, photography and other materials. Rotating photographs and headlines on the home page keep retailers abreast of developments in the market. A new “Trends” section highlights sales and features data and pork research articles.

“We redesigned the website with a keen focus on retailers’ needs. We want them to consider PorkRetail.org their 'go-to’ resource for sales and marketing support,” said Patrick Fleming, director of retail marketing for the National Pork Board.
