McIntyre honored with conservation award

U.S. Representative Mike McIntyre was recently presented a conservation award for his work and support of economic and environmental policies important to Southeastern North Carolina.
The Cape Fear River Assembly honored the Congressman with the J.W. Pate Award for “his outstanding contribution toward creating environmental awareness among the citizens of North Carolina.”
Congressman McIntyre is a senior member of both the House Armed Services Committee and the House Agriculture Committee.
