The U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division is reminding agricultural workers in Southwest Florida that their rights are protected by the Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Occupational Safety and Health Act’s Field Sanitation Standard.
