N.C. loses fishing business to Va. because of inlet

Shifting sands, an aging bridge and federal funding cuts are forcing commercial fishermen to bypass North Carolina processing centers and take their catches to Virginia because the Oregon Inlet has become too shallow for their boats to navigate, regulators in both states say.
