The U.S. Poultry & Egg Association will spotlight advancements in poultry processing as part of its annual Poultry Processor Workshop scheduled for May 11-12 in Atlanta.


Topics will include animal welfare, energy efficiency inside plants, new stunning techniques and grain market impact on yield, bird weights and line efficiency. The goal of the agenda, which was developed by a committee of plant managers and food safety and quality assurance professionals, is to inform attendees about current topics affecting the industry as a whole.
