Going green is all the fashion, but Fred Miller has been green for years. The owners of Hilltop Farms in Willow Spring, Fred and his wife Virginia received the Wake Soil and Water Conservation District Pioneers Award for leadership and innovation in developing Wake County’s first USDA certified organic farm.
