American Soybean Association (ASA) Washington staff has met with Jonathan Adelstein, Administrator of U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Rural Utilities Service (RUS), on issues relating to possible interference with the Global Positioning System (GPS) units commonly used by farmers.
