USDA holding nationwide meetings to consider past discrimination

The U.S. Department of Agriculture is continuing to take allegations of past discrimination at the department seriously. Under Secretary for Marketing and Regulatory Programs Ed Avalos moved a proposed case settlement forward on May 4 when he held an outreach meeting in El Paso, Texas.
