The headline on the cover of the Sunday, May 22, Parade Magazine, “Eat Your Way Across America,” made me feel slightly bloated.

But thinking about the N.C. Blueberry Festival, which got a mention in the magazine as the North Carolina festival to visit on a cross-country binge, just makes me happy, as I love blueberries.
