Officials from the specialty grocery chain were in town earlier this year and have been talking since March to city planning staff and Spruill Thompson of Cape Fear Commercial about opening a store at the northeast corner of South College Road and Oleander Drive by the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location, Wilmington Mayor Bill Saffo said Wednesday.
