The Watauga County Tourism Development Authority travel website, ExploreBooneArea.com, has launched a major new tour of the High Country - the Boone Area Wine Trail.

With two new wineries recently opening in Watauga County, the High Country now offers visitors and locals a scenic, three-winery loop tour of the area.
