Wild dogs challenge animal workers in NC county

Cumberland County officials say about 10 packs of wild dogs are roaming neighborhoods and are threatening pets and people.

The Fayetteville Observer reported Monday that county animal services employees have shot and killed nine feral dogs in the last two weeks
