New NC wildlife laws include stricter rules for private lands

In North Carolina, purple paint is the new orange. A new state law will allow landowners to mark private property boundaries with purple paint and make requirements stricter for hunters and anglers, as well as landowners, when it comes to hunting and fishing on private lands.
