Two Republicans have entered the race to represent the Western North Carolina in Congress, hoping to capture their party's nomination and unseat U.S. Rep. Heath Shuler. Both Spence Campbell and Dan Eichenbaum ran before in the 11th District but lost in GOP primaries.
