Drought makes more S.C. counties eligible for livestock assistance

Drought conditions are continuing to spread across South Carolina. Berkeley, Charleston, Dorchester and Horry counties have been added to the list of counties in South Carolina that have now reached the U.S. Drought Monitor Status of D3, severe drought.
