Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney has raised more than twice as much money in North Carolina as any other Republican presidential candidate, but only about a third of what President Barack Obama has in the state. Obama has raised nearly $318,000 in the state through June, according to reports filed this month with the Federal Election Commission.
