Republican district attorney Jeff Hunt said Tuesday he'll run for the 11th District congressional seat held by Democratic Rep. Heath Shuler. Hunt, 61, district attorney for Henderson, Polk and Transylvania counties, said he decided to run for two reasons – the deficit and the national debt.
