Pender County commissioners voted unanimously Monday to amend the county's budget to appropriate funding for the new Topsail Inlet dredging project. The board agreed to give $25,000 from its fund balance to Topsail Beach to help the town in its efforts to dredge the clogged New Topsail Inlet.
