Congressman Melvin Watt (D-NC) released the following “Trading Places” schedule for the period August 8-10.  This will be the 15th straight year that Rep. Watt has worked alongside citizens in communities throughout the 12th Congressional District as a means of staying in contact with constituents and hearing their concerns and opinions about the impact that recent legislation has had on their lives.

Rep.
