Chapel Hill will hold a public information meeting Monday for food truck vendors who want to follow the Town Council's consideration of food truck regulations. Proposed regulations are to be heard by the Planning Board at 7 p.m. Sept. 20, and are tentatively scheduled for a public hearing before the Town Council at 7 p.m. Oct. 17.
