The North American Meat Processors Association and the U.S. Poultry and Egg Association announced a webinar on controlling salmonella and campylobacter in processing operations. The webinar is planned for occur Sept. 29 at 2:00 EST. 

Speakers include Dan Engeljohn from USDA’s Food Safety and Inspection Service, Auburn University professor Shelly McKee and USPOULTRY’s Al Yancy.
