There’s no doubt Hurricane Irene left her mark in Northampton County, as county assessments are putting the damage in the millions of dollars. On Wednesday, Northampton County Manager Wayne Jenkins presented the Board of County Commissioners with preliminary storm damage totals for crops as well as property.
