NC enacting new laws regarding feral swine

North Carolina's Ag Commissioner Steve Troxler is pleased that the General Assembly has passed legislation regarding troubling feral swine.  As of October first, it will be illegal to transport live hogs unless they have an official form of identification that the State Veterinarian has approved for the purpose.
