Butterball LLC said it completed the purchase of Powell Feed & Milling Co. in Green Forest, Ark.
The operation, which will become Butterball’s fourth facility in Arkansas, includes two feed mills, contract farmers and 80 associates.

Butterball’s other Arkansas operations are in Jonesboro, Huntsville and Ozark. The Huntsville and Ozark facilities produce fresh and frozen whole birds, tray pack parts, boneless roasts, bone-in breasts and bulk parts. The Jonesboro facility is a further processing facility and produces deli products.
