Representative Ronald Kind (D-WI) recently introduced The Rural Microbusiness Investment Credit Act of 2011, H.R. 2858. H.R. 2858 would amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow a business credit for investments in rural microbusinesses.
The bill was referred to the House Committee on Ways and Means on Sept. 7, 2011.
