The U.S. Department of Energy’s Biomass Program invites you to attend a webinar about the 2011 U.S. Billion-Ton Update: Biomass Supply for a Bioenergy and Bioproducts Industry, a report detailing biomass feedstock potential nationwide. This Thursday, September 22, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. EDT, authors of the study will present the purpose, approach, major assumptions, and findings of the report, including how it differs from the 2005 Billion-Ton Study. The webinar will demonstrate how to explore Billion-Ton Update data on the Bioenergy Knowledge Discovery Framework website and provide opportunities for attendees to ask questions.
