Duke Energy Chairman Jim Rogers told an audience of regional municipal leaders Thursday that "water is tomorrow's oil." "We're clearly in a water crisis," he told about 150 listeners at the Ritz Carlton in uptown. "Water will become even more of a contentious economic and political issue."
