The National Meat Association, in conjunction with the American Conference Institute, will present the Fifth National Forum on Food-borne Illness litigation on Nov. 30, in Chicago.

The one-day meeting promises to discuss “advanced strategies for defending high-profile food contamination claims,” and to put processors “in the same room” with the CDC, FSIS, FDA and the Oregon Public Health Division.
