EPA: Won’t regulate farm dust

The Environmental Protection Agency notified Congress today  that it won’t regulate the dust produced by farm operations in the Midwest. The agency says that message to lawmakers should put “an end to the myth that the agency is planning to tighten” its regulations on that source of air pollution.
