Incumbent N.C. Secretary of State Elaine Marshall announced today that she is running for a fifth term.
In a fund-raising email to supporters, Marshall said she is inspired by Occupy Wall Street demonstrations. She showed up at the Occupy Raleigh rally Saturday.
