In a lengthy voting session on agriculture and other appropriations bills, the U.S. Senate voted 84-15 in favor of Sen. Tom Coburn's amendment to prohibit funds for Farm Bill Direct Payments to anyone with an Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) over $1 million.
