Yes Port NC, a group advocating development of a state port near Southport, will hold forums this week in Southport and Wilmington. The first is from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at ILA Local Hall 1838, 211 W. 10th St., Southport. The second is from noon to 3 p.m. Sunday at ILA Local Hall 1426, 1305 S. Fifth Ave., Wilmington.
