Twenty-eight U.S. Senators, including Charles Grassley of Iowa, have added their voices to 70 U.S. House members asking U.S. Secretary of Labor Hilda Solis in a letter to withdraw proposed new rules that would forbid youths under age 16 from operating tractors on operations other than their own family farms.
