Study: Nicotine-replacement therapies not effective in the long run

The long-term effectiveness of nicotine-replacement therapies has been called into doubt by a study released Thursday by tobacco-control researchers. The study from the Harvard School of Public Health and the University of Massachusetts-Boston will be available online Monday at www.tobaccocontrol.com.
