U.S. Rep. Brad Miller has invited several Raleigh area business leaders to attend a White House Business Council roundtable discussion on Thursday, January 12th  in Washington, D.C. This is an opportunity for North Carolina business and institutional leaders to be able to speak with White House officials and suggest a variety of constructive ideas and solutions to some of the challenges businesses face today.

Congressman Miller has invited Kimberly McClain, CEO at Creative Force Studios;  Vincent Taylor, COO at Gregorian; Tony Atti, CEO at Phononic Devices; Miles Wright, CEO at Xanofi; Richard Basile, CEO at BioPontis Alliance; Mark Munday, CEO at Elster Solutions; Tristan Pan, Managing General Agent at Pan Insurance Agency, LLC and James Cunningham, U.S. Chamber of Commerce to participate in the roundtable discussion.

“Some of these business leaders are in emerging industries and some are in very traditional industries,” Rep. Miller said. “We need both to create more jobs and get our economy back on its feet.”

The White House roundtables provide business leaders an opportunity to share their concerns and ideas with the Administration and to learn about the resources and programs the Administration offers to help them compete in a global economy.
