Free nicotine-replacement products available from N.C. to help smokers quit

The state is providing free nicotine-replacement therapy products for a limited time to 9,500 smokers.
The products are being made available through the QuitlineNC program. Smokers are required to enroll in a personalized quit-smoking plan that includes a coach.
