North Carolina Pork Conference
Thursday, February 2nd - Friday, February 3rd

 

Check out the schedule for the 2012 NC Pork Conference below and read a brief overview of some of the activities we have planned. Specifically, seminars scheduled for Thursday will provide you with timely and important industry information. Also, in addition to recognizing the NCPC annual award winners on Friday morning, NC State Chancellor Dr. Randy Woodson will be our featured guest at the breakfast.

 

If you haven't already done so, make your plans now to attend. We look forward to seeing you there!

Here are the important links and information to finalize your plans.

 

Industry seminars, including those for Operator in Charge credits will begin on Thursday, February 2nd at 9:00 in the Martin Building on the NC State Fairgrounds. A complimentary lunch will be provided courtesy of Pork Checkoff. Other seminars will follow in the afternoon. Registration is free, but we ask that you do register so that we may plan accordingly. You may register online to attend.

 

The members-only annual Bacon Bash fundraising event which supports the NCPC Political Action Committee will be held at the Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley beginning at 5:30 pm on Thursday evening. You may also buy your ticket and register online for the Bacon Bash. Tickets are required for admission. Call Angie Maier at 919-781-0361 or email her at angie@ncpork.org if you have any questions about Bacon Bash.
 

The NCPC award winners will be honored on Friday morning during the Annual Awards Breakfast at the Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley. These awards recognize and honor folks in NC's pork industry that are making a difference. Registration for the breakfast is $10 in advance or $15 at the door.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley for the conference at a reduced rate of $109 and the deadline has been extended to January 28th. Please call 1-800-228-9290 or 919-781-7000 to reserve your room for $109. Be sure to tell them you are with NC Pork!
