Rep. Miller considers joining Governor's race

U.S. Rep. Brad Miller says he's considering a run for Governor after receiving encouragement to enter the race. The Raleigh Democrat had just announced that he would not seek another term in Congress Thursday when word began to spread of Gov. Bev Perdue's plans not to seek a second term.
