Hill enters N.C. 11th race as Dem candidate

Tom Hill, who has led public criticism of Henderson County Sheriff Rick Davis, has filed as a Democratic candidate for Congress in the 11th District. Hill, 74, a retired defense industry worker, said today that his public call for Davis to either answer questions about a legal settlement involving himself and a female employee or resign pushed him to run for office.
