Editorial - Can North Carolina ports keep us competitive?

For the second time in less than five months, the Cape Fear region has come away empty-handed in its bid for a manufacturing plant that could have brought more than 1,000 jobs to the area. And once again, North Carolina lost out to an adjoining state, this time Georgia.
