Ted Davis Jr. files to run for election in House District 19

State Rep. Danny McComas announced Tuesday morning that he wouldn’t seek re-election in House District 19, and within a little more than an hour, Ted Davis Jr., chairman of the New Hanover County Commissioners, filed to run for the now-vacant seat.
