The fiscally conservative Blue Dog PAC endorsed Hayden Rogers, who is running to replace his boss, Rep. Heath Shuler (D-N.C.). Democrats view Rogers as their strongest chance to hold the Republican-heavy seat left open by Shuler's retirement.
