HSUS swipes at Seaboard again

For the third time in three months, the Humane Society of the United States has complained to the Securities and Exchange Commission about Seaboard Foods relative to HSUS demands over gestation crate use.
This time, HSUS is complaining Seaboard failed to provide an advance copy of its opposition statement to HSUS prior to filing its proxy statement.
