Farm bill could pass committee this spring

The chairwoman of the Senate Ag Committee, Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich., is seen as being a key cog in getting a new farm bill passed this year. Stabenow is up for re-election in her home state of Michigan and not getting a farm bill passed might be a problem for her.
