Carolina Brewery has signed its first distribution deal outside of North Carolina. The Chapel Hill brewery has inked a deal with Pearlstine Distributors to sell its beer in bars, restaurants, grocery stores and other retail outlets in Hilton Head and Charleston, S.C.
